  • Wear loose comfortable clothing. Our therapists can provide hands on therpy directly to skin or over clothing. You may also be required to try stretches and exercises in your physiotherapy session.

  • Our physiotherapists and remedial masseurs will discuss with you the appropriate pressure to help you relieve your muscular tension. Some people may feel some general soreness after deep tissue massage which resolves in 1-2 days accompanied with a reduction in tension and improvements in your movements.

  • Being able to treat your condition requires a multidirectional approach. Our therapists are here to provide you information about how to manage your condition and treat you with hands on massage and joint mobilisation techniques to help you move and feel better. Personalised stretches and exercises are provided so that you can manage yourself.

  • In short, No.

  • Every EXTRAS insurance policy is different, so you will need to check with your health insurance comapany. As a service provider, we do not have access to that information.

  • In most cases you will not need to. We have a HICAPS machine that can claim your rebates on the spot meaning you only pay the gap.

  • You will need to check with your insurance company - you can usually do this online on their phone app.
